CT99 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the CT99 platform in any capacity — whether through the website at ct99.wine, the mobile app, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users, including those who browse the site without registering an account.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between CT99 and its users. If there is any conflict between documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless otherwise stated.

CT99 reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date at the top. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2. Eligibility

To use CT99 you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. CT99 is strictly an adults-only platform and underage use is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of another individual.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary ban that would restrict your access to online gaming platforms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and at any subsequent verification stage.

CT99 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any stage. If a player is found to be underage, the account will be suspended immediately, any winnings will be forfeited and any deposits made will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable procedures.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the CT99 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested. This information is used for identity verification, account security and payment processing. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account access with any other person.
• CT99 will never ask for your password via email or chat — if you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support.
• You must notify CT99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

CT99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting supporting documentation such as a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits and Payments

All transactions on CT99 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). CT99 does not apply currency conversion fees and there are no hidden charges on deposits made through supported payment methods.

Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may change and the most current list is displayed on the deposit page within your account.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your CT99 balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• You must only use payment accounts or methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• CT99 does not accept deposits made with borrowed funds, including credit card cash advances.
• Deposits may be subject to verification checks. CT99 reserves the right to hold a deposit pending verification if fraud or irregular activity is suspected.

CT99 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems or network issues outside of our control. If a deposit does not appear in your account after a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through the CT99 withdrawal page. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. CT99 processes most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals quickly once all verification requirements have been met.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the point of request.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• CT99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may be affected by the payment provider's own processing schedule.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

CT99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed alongside each offer and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each offer.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Using bonuses in a coordinated manner with other players to exploit CT99's promotional structure is prohibited.
• CT99 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled after being credited, any winnings derived from that bonus may be voided.
• Players found to be opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion will have all associated accounts closed and all balances forfeited.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new accounts only and are limited to one per person, household and device.

7. Gameplay Rules

CT99 uses certified game providers for its casino, slots, live casino and fish game categories. All outcomes in RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generators and are not influenced by the platform.

• Game results are final once a round or bet has been settled. CT99 does not reverse settled bets except where a technical error or manifest error can be confirmed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, CT99 reserves the right to void the round and refund the stake to the player's account.
• For sports betting, odds are subject to change up to the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In-play betting on cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and domestic competitions — follows the same settlement rules as pre-match betting. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided.
• CT99 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets, events or for specific accounts if irregular betting patterns are detected.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CT99. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one CT99 account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or pricing mistakes to generate profit.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, false identities or coordinated multi-account wagering to trigger or exhaust promotional offers.

CT99 monitors accounts for suspicious activity and works with payment providers and relevant authorities to investigate and address any violations of these terms.

10. Privacy and Data

CT99 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

• CT99 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical failures, network disruptions or events outside of our reasonable control.

• CT99 is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• In all cases where CT99 is found to be liable, our liability is limited to the amount held in the player's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.
